Frequently asked questions

Tell us where you fly from and we'll start sending you deals. With Premium, you can dial it in further — pick the regions you care about, the months that work for you, and your preferred cabin, airlines, and number of stops.

We monitor fares around the clock and send deals that match, with real prices and specific dates.

Want something specific? Set a Trip Alert (Premium only) for a route and dates you have in mind, and we'll watch that fare for you and let you know when the price drops.

When you see a deal you like, just tap through to book — we'll point you straight to it.

Members save $200–$500 per flight on average, with international trips averaging $500 in savings. One deal typically covers the cost of a full year of Premium.

Basic is free and gives you roundtrip economy deals from one home airport to anywhere, up to 90 days out. Premium ($99/year) lets you customize — choose specific destinations, set which months work for you, filter by cabin class, airline, and stops, add up to 3 home airports, and see deals up to a year ahead. You also get Trip Alerts, so you can set alerts for specific routes and dates and we'll tell you when the fare drops.

You control your email frequency:

  • Catch every deal (up to 12 weekly): Get all the great deals we find
  • Regular updates (up to 7 weekly): Our most popular option
  • Occasional deals (up to 3 weekly): Only significant savings
  • Minimal updates (up to 2 weekly): Just exceptional opportunities

We send emails only when we find deals worth your attention — not on a fixed schedule. Great fares appear randomly, so our emails do too. Once you hit your weekly limit, you won't receive more until the following week, even if we find something amazing.

Premium members can fine-tune what they see with filters for specific regions, airlines, cabin classes, and number of stops. If you set very narrow criteria (like only nonstop business class to Europe in July), you'll naturally receive fewer emails than someone with broader preferences.

Most members start with higher frequency to see what's out there, then dial it back based on how they actually travel.

We support select airports in the U.S. & Canada where we consistently find exceptional point deals. When you sign up, you'll choose from our list of supported departure cities.

Don't see your closest home airport? We recommend selecting the closest major airport instead. We promise it's worth the extra connection, even if it means a short hop to get there. Here's why: we've analyzed thousands of routes and only include airports where we can consistently deliver massive point savings. A connecting flight becomes insignificant when you're saving 100k+ points on an international business class flight. A 2-hour connection is a small trade-off for deals that save you thousands of points.

You can explore all available airports in your area when signing up or through your account settings.

Basic is free and gives you roundtrip economy deals from one home airport, up to 90 days out. Premium ($69/year) unlocks every cabin class — economy through first — plus 3 home airports, deals up to a year ahead, and filters for when you want to travel, region, airline, and stops. You also get Trip Alerts, so you can set alerts for specific routes and dates and we'll tell you when the fare drops.

Travelhound is for cash deals. If you've got points piling up, check out Pointhound — we run that too. It shows you how to turn points into flights worth 5–15x more than your travel portal gives you. Travelhound Premium subscribers get $40 off Pointhound.

Here's the thing - if you get extremely narrow with your preferences, you'll get fewer deals. This happens when you select only one airline or just one month you want to travel within.

Being narrow is totally fine - you'll just get fewer emails, but every single deal we send you will be exactly what you want. Take advantage of all the personalization to match your exact preferences, but know that each filter cuts out potential great deals. Keep your selections broader to see more options!
